EphMRA Switzerland meeting – now an online digital event

EphMRA Switzerland Online Meeting - "Extended" Call for Papers – Submissions needed by Monday 6 July

EphMRA is pleased to announce that the Switzerland meeting scheduled for 29th September in Basel will now be run as an online event, running over 2 or 3 days during the week of 28th September.  This will allow members to attend the event from across the globe and will broaden the reach of the sessions that we are planning to member companies not previously able to attend this meeting.

The meeting will be a FREE event for EphMRA members. Non-members will need to pay a fee of 200CHF to attend on credit card and this will need to be paid prior to the event.

The event will comprise a number of short presentations, followed by interactive discussions on Zoom, (using the breakout rooms) which will allow you to engage with colleagues and speakers and ensure that the meeting feels more like a face to face meeting.

We are now looking for outstanding content for this event and depending on how many submissions we receive that are of the quality that we are looking for, will determine over how many days this event runs.

The theme of the event is:

Social conversations, search and channel behaviour in the pharmaceutical/healthcare ecosystem: overcoming challenges, experimenting and finding new ways to engage with stakeholders and patients

The way in which the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry engages with customers is fundamentally changing. New sources of information have been readily adopted in HCPs’ and patients’ lives, such as social networks, Apps and websites. In addition to traditional channels, representatives are increasingly engaging through multiple sources, including digital channels.

Businesses need to understand how to engage with customers and patients in key moments along their journey; and to ensure the right content is communicated through the right channel at the right time.

If you have some inspiring content that you would like to share with our colleagues from industry and agencies, we would like to hear from you!  Submissions from agencies and industry welcomed but colleagues love to hear from agencies and industry together, as this provides both perspectives on issues of high relevance.

Submissions are welcomed from EphMRA non member companies and if selected to speak, you would be allowed to speak free of charge.  However, if you wish to attend any of the other sessions, a fee of 200CHF will be payable by credit card

Click here for the submission form –  and send your submission to Caroline Snowdon, Events Manager at [email protected]

Submission deadline – Monday 6 July
