The meeting will be a FREE event for EphMRA members. Non-members will need to pay a fee of 200CHF to attend on credit card and this will need to be paid 3 days prior to the event.
The event will comprise a number of short, innovative presentations, followed by interactive discussions on Zoom, (using the breakout rooms) which will allow you to engage with colleagues and speakers and ensure that the meeting feels more like a face to face meeting. There will also be a ‘virtual’ coffee break on each day to allow you to network with colleagues and make those important connections that you would have done had the meeting been in person.

The way in which the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry engages with customers is fundamentally changing. New sources of information have been readily adopted in HCPs’ and patients’ lives, such as social networks, Apps and websites. In addition to traditional channels, representatives are increasingly engaging through multiple sources, including digital channels.
Businesses need to understand how to engage with customers and patients in key moments along their journey; and to ensure the right content is communicated through the right channel at the right time.
