Ola Gajdala is Fieldwork Consultant and Team Leader at Just Worldwide Poland
Ola has over 14 years of experience in market research working both in fieldwork and research teams. She specializes in qualitative studies (fieldwork management, project design and moderation), but has worked in many quantitative studies as well. Ola also used to work as a Quality Control Manager (Field Unit) in big multinational research projects run by IEA, OECD and Ministry of National Education.
Ola holds a Master’s degree in Ethnography from Lodz University and completed post-graduate studies in pharmaceconomics, HTA, Pharma Marketing and Law from Warsaw University of Technology.
Aga Chojnacka is Field Director and Head of Poland at Just Worldwide Poland
Aga has been in the market research sector since the mid-1990s, worked in small Polish market research company. She started on the qualitative recruiting side before moving over to interviewing as well. Then Aga went through all steps to be in charge of the whole operations at some of the largest companies in the industry for the last decade (TNS, Ipsos and Kantar). She has vast experience with qualitative and quantitative research and was responsible for various initiatives for both, fieldwork and research sides.
Aga is a graduate of University of Warsaw (management) and has post-graduate degrees from the Warsaw School of Economics (project management).
Jana Bryknarová Account Director Ipsos Healthcare CZ&SK
Jana joined Ipsos in 2008. She specializes in the pharmaceutical marketing research. She participates in the projects for leading pharmaceutical companies.
She is responsible for the complete implementation and reporting of qualitative and quantitative researches. She is also involved in moderation of qualitative project and she does advanced analysis in quantitative surveys.
Before joining Ipsos, she worked in the private health sector where she dedicated her work especially to the satisfaction research among clients, analyses of internal processes and introduction of new products into the portfolio.
Jana received her master degree in Sociology at Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University in Prague. There she also led the courses of empirical research and statistics for the Bachelor’s degree students.
