Conference speaker spotlight: Natalie Turner

 

Heading up the first of this year’s online sessions on Wed 16 June is Natalie Turner, Founder and CEO of The Entheo Network. Natalie’s session carries the title Innovation: The New Normal or the New Extraordinary, and asks: why is it so hard to apply new ideas in the workplace?

A high-profile public speaker, Natalie is well versed in coaching, workshops and transformational change. As the inventor and CEO of The Six 'I's® of Innovation methodology, Natalie uses her unique human-centred approach with participants in order to help them identify core innovation strengths, increase the quality of their ideas and improve their engagement to make any new ideas work. This could mean getting comfortable with public speaking, learning to speak out more effectively in meetings, or simply gaining more confidence. 

There is no doubt that expressing ideas can accelerates careers, and fostering confidence is key to the success of a new venture. Natalie’s system focuses on six pillars: identify, ignite, investigate, invest, implement and improve. By taking part in the methodology, managers, trainers and consultants (whether independent or within organisations) can sample a practical suite of applications, systems and tools to help unleash deep innovation potential.

Natalie’s workshops help participants find and hone their voices, creating a lasting impression that’s of benefit not just to their own audiences but to all aspects of their careers. She also organises retreats and coaching services for women who want to step up to the next level of leadership.

A Master Practitioner in Group Dynamics and Non-Verbal Communication, Natalie is a Certified Integrative Enneagram Coach and has consulted with some of the world’s leading organisations, including LEO Pharma Asia, Kellogg’s, Singapore Airlines and CISCO Systems. Her mission is to help clients build innovative working methods into their networks, generating new ideas and growing teams and businesses.

Originally from the UK, Natalie has written several books including Yes, You Can Innovate (how to discover your innovation strengths), Unleash Your Voice (how to speak more effectively) and COVID (a selection of essays from some of the world’s top speakers). She now lives in Malaysia but works across the globe.
