Our team has worked hard to put together an inspirational and thought-provoking Annual Conference programme. You’ve already met our plenary speakers on Day 1 – Marc Herremans and Andrew Grenville – so, here’s what’s on offer on Day 2.
Informative Plenary Presentations
Kicking the day off, we have Sue Coyne to set the scene in the Pharma/Healthcare sector. As well as having extensive experience in the industry as a former Director of a Market Research business, Sue is also an author and leadership coach. Sue will be giving you 6 secret weapons to be fully effective in the present and therefore be more efficient at home and at work.
Sue is followed by Vanessa Pott, who is Director, Patient Advocacy & Strategic Partnerships for Merck KGaA. Vanessa will be presenting alongside MS patient advocate Trishna Bharadia. More details of this insightful plenary are coming soon.
Our afternoon plenary speaker is Geoff Rollason, Patient Experience & Service Director at Pfizer. Geoff’s session is entitled ‘Optimising digital services for cancer patients: Doing different things to bring about a new paradigm.’ This session will inspire you to see cancer care in a different way and see what is possible to achieve through digital technology. There will also be an interactive discussion about AI and patient service and how this can be applied to MR/BI and marketing.

Networking and EPHMRA Awards
Refreshment breaks and lunch will be held in our Agency Fair and there’ll be plenty of networking time to catch up with colleagues and make new contacts. We’re sure that there will be lots to discuss after the stimulating presentations we have in store for you!
On Tuesday evening (23 June) we have a Welcome Drinks Reception in the Agency Fair, with a Belgian Beer Bar kindly sponsored by suAzio. Then in the evening on Wednesday 24 June, it’s time to glam up and attend our Awards and Evening Event. Held at Horta Grand Café & Art Nouveau Zaal, this is your chance to network informally, enjoy some exquisite food and drink, see our award winners and relax before the final day of the Conference.
We would love to see you at the Conference this year.
