Now that you’ve discovered what’s available on Days 1 and 2 of the EPHMRA Annual Conference, we’d like to introduce you to our sensational speakers for Day 3.
Thought-provoking Plenary Speakers
Our late morning plenary session will help us to unlock the power of behavioural science with Crawford Hollingworth of Behavioural Architects. Drawing on several case studies, Crawford will:
- Show how behavioural science helps us understand why behaviours/habits are so hard to make and break, why inertia often builds up and persists, and why change is rarely willingly embraced.
- Highlight how behavioural science has inspired interventions to help tackle these seemingly irrational behaviours and ultimately drive real behavioural change.
To close our 2020 Annual Conference is Erik Mathlener – Business Storyteller. This final plenary presentation is guaranteed to get you thinking about things differently and will leave you full of ideas. Erik will explain to you the concept of business storytelling and how you can use it to wow your customers – both internal and external. You can find out more about Erik, including watching his video, in our blog.
