In part two of our series looking at the key speakers of this year’s insightful and streamlined Conference (June 26-28), we shine a light on Thursday’s sessions. We get underway at 8.30am and have a packed day, full to the brim with FIVE plenary sessions and four parallel sessions. Once again each boasts fantastic speakers, with plenty of time for questions and discussion!
The session will discuss how increased content personalisation and process automation will change how we engage with patients and caregivers. It will introduce the Alia Chatbot Program, the Novartis Facebook Messenger chatbot that provides personalised answers to patients’ questions, anytime and anywhere.
Joined by panellists and chairs Georgina Butcher of Astellas Pharma Europe and Xander Raijmakers of Eli Lilly, Phil Eichorn talks us through this highly important and relevant issue for all those working in our industry. A highly respected expert in PV, Phil will be covering the role of PV with regards to AE reporting, what PV require from MR AE reporting and why PV frustrations versus MR frustrations.
Chaired by Katy Irving of HRW, the session will look at how and why behavioural science and its application to the area of behavioural change is rapidly gaining popularity not only in the pharmaceutical industry but in many other industries also and Rachel will share some fascinating case studies on how it’s being used to great value in the pharma industry.
“As we have begun to embrace socially-intelligent communication solutions alongside improving our ability to listen to and interpret social content, the data available to help us to understand our audiences right now is about to explode,” says Ross. A discussion following’s Ross’ session for all delegates takes place at 11.30am.
This is a session not to be missed because Richard has coached countless people to achieve this goal with great success. Using his highly energetic and inspirational approach, Richard will teach you some simple and effective ways to increase your impact and influence, in an interactive way. The afternoon’s parallel sessions starting at 1.10pm and 1.40pm focus on innovation, information and patient outcomes so there is plenty to take away. The day’s ever in demand 30 minute Agency Sessions also take place from 11.50am and 3pm.
