Delegates at this year’s EPHMRA 2017 Conference in Amsterdam will have the opportunity to network at two of Amsterdam’s most historic venues – the nationally listed Beurs Van Berlage and the former headquarters of the Dutch West India Company, the West-Indisch Huis.

Held on the 21-22 June, the 2017 Conference will boast a wider than ever mix of sessions to attend and an array of prolific speakers, as well as plenty of networking opportunities for delegates to get the most out of the industry-leading annual event.

By popular request, EPHMRA is this year returning to the historical Beurs Van Berlage, an iconic building located in the heart of Amsterdam on the Damrak canal. The building has a rich history of being the third stock exchange building of Amsterdam, and being the host of the marriage of King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima.

The Beurs offers an outstanding venue for our conference - with large plenary rooms for our many industry papers during the event as well as a number of smaller meeting rooms.

The large Grote Zaal will be home to the Agency Fair - a grand room with plenty of space to network and meet both new and old contacts. The Fair will host all refreshment breaks and lunches throughout the conference, providing attendees with the perfect opportunity to network with peers and share their thoughts on the highly topical speaker sessions and the latest industry news.

As in previous years, the Conference Hub will return, providing a base at the heart of the event for delegates, with plenty of seating and space to check emails, mingle attendees with other attendees, or simply enjoy a quiet coffee.

Following feedback from our delegates at last year’s conference, this year the evening event - which takes place on Wednesday 21 June - will once more be hosted away from the conference venue. The chosen location for the popular evening event is the West-Indisch Huis ‘West India House’ - the former headquarters of the Dutch West India Company in Amsterdam.

A short walk away from The Beurs, the historic venue is located on the Herenmarkt, a small square in the centre of Amsterdam, and will provide delegates with an opportunity to relax, unwind, network and enjoy wonderful food and drink.

In the West-Indisch Huis the Dutch West India Company's governors ordered the construction of a fort on the island of Manhattan in 1625, laying the foundations for New York City, so is the perfect space for creative conversation and inspiration.
