Book a Booth and Showcase Your Brand
With just weeks to go until EPHMRA’s first online conference, there’s still time to book a booth and widen your visibility. Taking part in our online Agency Fair is a surefire way for your company to gain wider coverage over the three-day event, and it’s so easy.
How does it work?
Booking an online agency fair ‘booth’ at the EPHMRA 2021 online conference will give you the opportunity to showcase your company, using a blend of images, videos and promotional material.
We’re here to help
We’ve made it super-easy for clients to book a booth. From helping you build it to driving visitors your way, we will help you organise a booth to be proud of.
What do we need?
We ask for a concise outline of your company (around 100 words), up to two images, up to three videos, and up to six resources about your business (by Wed 2 June).
How do we drive interest?
To encourage attendees to visit your booth, we are organising a Treasure Hunt that will include one question from each agency, answered via a questionnaire that’s submitted to a prize drawer. You submit your question to us (by Wed 2 June) and we do the rest.
Manning a stand
You will be asked to attend your online booth at specific times during the conference – but other than that, you don’t need to be there. Anyone who visits your booth and wishes to contact you can complete a form and set up an appointment.
Agency Fair opening times
The Fair remains opening throughout the conference, but there will be allocated slots where attendees are encouraged to visit booths:
Tue 15 June: 15:45-16:05 UK time
Wed 16 June: 13:35-14:05 UK time
Thu 17 June: 12:35-13:05 UK time
