Underlining EPHMRA’s commitment to inspiring thought-provoking debate at our annual Conference, we are delighted to reveal two prolific speakers as part of this year’s exciting line-up.

This EPHMRA Annual Conference will take place from 20-22 June 2017 at the Beurs Van Berlage in Amsterdam where internationally renowned key-note speaker, Helen Eriksen will open this year’s conference. Independent business & personal consultant, Richard Raubik will take the final session of the event.

Following a pre-conference networking opportunity in ‘the hub’, author, business psychologist, Helen Eriksen, will kick off the programme on Wednesday 21 June with an inspiring talk on managing change.

Using her recently published book ‘Changes don’t ask for permission, they just turn up’ together with her vast expertise on the topic, Helen’s discussion will take a positive and constructive look at changes, and will discuss how to manage them by considering reactions in both individual and group environments.

The opening session from our keynote speaker promises to be a motivational and engaging, as Denmark-based Helen uses humour and metaphors in her talks to create clear, common frames of reference for participants.

This year’s annual Conference will also see strategic business consultant and coach, Richard Raubik take the final speaker session on Thursday 22 June. Richard’s talk is entitled, ‘In times of limited headcounts, outsourcing work to agencies becomes a business reality - how to make sure that the agency is truly delivering added value for your organisation’.

With more than 15 years of holistic experience in the FMCG industry, the former Function Head & Strategic Consultant at The Coca-Cola Company in Central Southern Europe will draw on his valuable experience in performance optimisation in order to discuss how important it is to invest time in your agencies to get the very best from your business partnership.

Offering extremely insightful and valuable insights for industry and agency colleagues, Austria-based Richard will also explore the importance of getting a balance between using smaller and larger agencies, and how to make impactful boardroom presentations to help you earn your seat at the table.
