This training session aims to equip managers and leaders with a robust methodology to deliver feedback that is clear, empathetic, unbiased, and non-judgmental.

The methodology used is the EEC model:

  • Example of Action/Behaviour
  • Effect it has had
  • Change required.

Session Objectives:

  1. Understand the importance of clear and empathetic communication.
  2. Learn the EEC methodology for providing feedback.
  3. Apply the EEC methodology through practical exercises.
  4. Gain confidence in delivering feedback that promotes positive change.
