Registration for the 2025 Conference Exhibition is now open.

The 2025 EPHMRA Annual Conference will take place in London. This year’s venue is the same as the 2024 EPHMRA Conference venue, Leonardo Royal Hotel – St. Paul’s. This event will be taking place 24-26 June 2025. Those dates will be your opportunity to exhibit.

Booths can only be booked by Member Companies. At least one full delegate place needs to be booked to be able to reserve a booth.
